Conference participants will learn the importance of having an interagency protocol for a strong, viable plan to address a cooperative response to missing persons. Sessions will benefit:
•Investigators, K-9 search and rescue officers, medical examiners and forensic personnel
•Coalition members, faith-based personnel, representatives from non-profit organizations, advocates who support aging/at-risk populations, and families of the missing
•Crime victim/witness advocates, and social service professionals
•State clearinghouse staff, victim and child welfare advocates, social service and medical professionals
